Job description
Overview

The role

As a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our commercial function, owning Pipedrive as the backbone of our revenue engine. You’ll ensure it’s accurate, effective, and trusted, while using it to deliver the reporting, insights, and analysis that drive decision-making across sales, marketing, and customer success.

This is a hands-on role with real independence. You’ll set the standard for CRM data integrity, design and embed scalable processes, and create reporting and forecasts that leadership can rely on. By combining system ownership with commercial analysis, you’ll directly shape how we grow.

Responsibilities
  • Own the accuracy and consistency of data in Pipedrive, ensuring leadership can rely on it for forecasting and decision-making.
  • Build and maintain reporting that tracks pipeline health, sales performance, and revenue KPIs, giving leadership clear visibility of risks and opportunities.
  • Partner with sales leadership to deliver accurate forecasts, provide insights into performance drivers, and highlight gaps to target.
  • Analyse funnel conversion and sales activity data to identify inefficiencies, improve processes, and support sales strategy.
  • Ensure CRM adoption across the sales team, embedding processes that capture the right data for forecasting and performance management.
  • Collaborate with marketing and customer success to align lead management, account handovers, and lifecycle tracking, improving cross-functional efficiency.
  • Implement CRM automations, workflows, and integrations that reduce manual effort and enable the sales team to spend more time selling.
  • Act as the link between commercial teams and technical teams, ensuring CRM tools and reporting are aligned to revenue growth objectives.
Your background
  • 3+ years’ experience in a revenue operations, sales operations, CRM analysis, or commercial analytics role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with Pipedrive (preferred); experience with other CRMs (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, Dynamics) also highly valued.
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills; able to manipulate data and produce clear, actionable reports.
  • Solid understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting methodologies.
  • Experience building dashboards and reports in BI tools (Tableau a plus).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Ideally you will have
  • Experience configuring CRM workflows, dashboards, and automations (Pipedrive experience a strong plus).
  • Advanced Tableau skills (e.g. calculated fields, blending data sources, advanced visualisations).
  • Familiarity with SQL or another query language (a bonus, not essential).
  • Exposure to broader sales operations disciplines, such as quota tracking, incentive schemes, or territory planning.
