A children's residential care provider in Nottingham is seeking a dedicated professional to lead shifts and support young people with challenging behaviours. This role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience and a Level 3 Diploma in Children’s Residential Care. The ideal candidate will have strong safeguarding knowledge and excellent communication skills, and be passionate about making a positive impact on the lives of children.
