This job is a full-time, permanent Senior Recruitment Officer (South Wales) to support the Marketing & Recruitment division at Bangor University. The role is to develop and deliver recruitment plans targeting specific geographic areas, primarily within South Wales, and support the University’s ambition to grow undergraduate student numbers. The postholder will use data and insights in a multi-channel approach to schools' engagement, combining office-based and face-to-face recruitment with student engagement activities. The postholder will be innovative and highly creative, with energy to make a difference to student recruitment and will have strong people skills to engage with prospective students, build external partnerships, and collaborate internally to complement recruitment and marketing activities across the University.
