Overview

Senior Recruitment Consultants Needed! We are looking for experienced or senior Recruitment Consultants to join our energetic team based in Whitstable. This is a great opportunity for hard working individuals to develop their knowledge on busy desks as part of our Construction team.

On Target Earnings year 1 for senior consultants 30k+ / 38k+. Uncapped commission paid monthly and additional bonuses for meeting targets and goals.

Responsibilities
  • Experience as a consultant with previous sales experience – minimum 2 years
  • Lead a team or train people
  • Business-to-business and client relationship experience
  • Collaborate within an ambitious, target-driven environment
  • Leverage construction industry links and sector-based knowledge
  • GDPR and KPI knowledge
  • Entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven high desk billing ability (170k+)
Requirements / Qualifications
  • Experience in sales or a target-driven environment; open to applicants from all backgrounds who share our values of trust, integrity and ambition
  • Customer-facing experience or construction background is beneficial
  • Driving licence and own vehicle required for client meetings and site visits across the region (training provided; shadowing available until confident)
