Salary & Package:

Senior Recruitment Consultant

  • Basic Salary: £31,500
  • OTE: £35,000 - £37,000 with commission
  • Company car / car allowance (£480 per month)
Responsibilities
  • Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, from business development to candidate placement
  • Source top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and referrals
  • Deliver an excellent service to clients and candidates through proactive communication and aftercare
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates
  • Identify and win new business opportunities through sales calls, face-to-face meetings, and networking
  • Work towards achievable sales and performance goals with full support and development opportunities
