A leading engineering company is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage cost and contract administration for major projects in South-West Scotland. This role involves ensuring compliance with contract obligations, developing strong relationships with clients, and contributing to project safety initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in construction and a degree in Quantity Surveying.

With our projects growing in scale and complexity, we are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team in South-West Scotland. In this role you administer the process of contracts, subcontracts and services for the Companies projects. You will working closely with project teams and customers delivering a service to fully meet their requirements and develop repeat work through excellent performance and quality.
The Opportunity
The Senior Quantity Surveyor will manage the cost and contract administration function on BakerHicks (the Company) projects which will include, but not be limited to, Contract Administration, payment assessment, cost reporting and change management. The role also includes an input to the upstream main contract obligations.
