Qualifications

• Good understanding of current Landlord & Tenant legislation.
• Experience in setting up management instructions for multi-occupied service charge properties.
• Understanding of property management accounts functions including credit control.

Responsibilities

• Implement policies and procedures to meet financial goals.
• Prepare service charge budgets and financial forecasts.
• Liaise with tenants and the accounts team regarding funding.
