Overview

Role: Senior Program & Community Manager – Developer Relations (EMEA)

Start date: ASAP

Contract: 6 months

Day rate: £300 – £350

Location: Hybrid (3 days office-based)

The Role

We’re seeking a Senior Program & Community Manager to join a high-impact Developer Relations team, supporting and scaling developer communities across EMEA. This hybrid role blends program management with community engagement, driving developer adoption and creating meaningful connections.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and deliver developer-focused programs and events across EMEA.
  • Manage cross-functional initiatives, reporting, budgets, and vendor partnerships.
  • Build and grow user groups, enabling community leaders and supporting community-led events.
  • Track engagement metrics, optimise processes, and create feedback loops between developers and internal teams.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5+ years in program/project management.
  • 3+ years in a customer-facing or community role.
  • Proven stakeholder management and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills; experience with technical communities.
Bonus

PMP certification, EMEA skills (German/French/Spanish), experience with remote teams, digital marketing tools, or project management platforms.
