A regional healthcare provider in the UK is looking for an enthusiastic plaster technician to join their team across multiple sites. Candidates must hold the British Casting Certificate and have experience in a plaster room. We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic qualified plaster technician to join our team and work cross site at both the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospitals.
You will need to possess a wide variety of clinical skills, be approachable and have a flexible attitude at all times. You must have high standards and thrive on busy and challenging situations. You must be highly organised and have the tenacity to keep going when things are tough.
If the above describes your strengths, then an opportunity has arisen. You must hold the British Casting Certificate (formerly BOA/BOAN diploma in plastering technique) and have experience working in a plaster room. Due to the spectrum of specialty clinics, the role is exciting and varied. You will need to have wide-ranging skills to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Fordcombe Hospital, near Tunbridge Wells, became part of the Trust in October 2024. Specialising in planned care, it offers two operating theatres, 28 inpatient and day-care beds, diagnostic services (X-ray, MRI, CT, and endoscopy), and consultation/treatment rooms.
