Summary

We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic qualified plaster technician to join our team and work cross site at both the Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells Hospitals.

You will need to possess a wide variety of clinical skills, be approachable and have a flexible attitude at all times. You must have high standards and thrive on busy and challenging situations. You must be highly organised and have the tenacity to keep going when things are tough.

If the above describes your strengths, then an opportunity has arisen. You must hold the British Casting Certificate (formerly BOA/BOAN diploma in plastering technique) and have experience working in a plaster room. Due to the spectrum of specialty clinics, the role is exciting and varied. You will need to have wide-ranging skills to ensure the smooth running of the department.

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Hold the British Casting Certificate (formerly BOA/BOAN diploma in plastering technique) and have experience working in a plaster room.
• Ability to work across multiple sites within the Trust (Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells).
• Maintain high standards and work effectively in busy, challenging environments.
