Overview

We are looking to recruit a senior pensions administration subject matter expert for a role in which you play a leading role in the migration of pensions into a new environment pensions administration platform. You would be a client facing pension onboarding consultant. What does that mean? We need someone who from the available documentation and consulting with key stakeholders can map an existing pension administration function into a new organisation, processes, business rules, understanding the pension calculations required to fulfil the policy obligations using new systems and integrating the processes into a new environment. Once you map the way forward, you will have an integrated team of data, process and pension administration professionals that will work closely with you to implement your strategy.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the migration of pensions into a new pensions administration platform, mapping existing functions into a new organisation, processes and business rules.
  • Determine pension calculations required to fulfil policy obligations using new systems and integrate processes into the new environment.
  • Define and communicate the strategy, and work with a data, process and pension administration team to implement it.
  • Engage with key stakeholders to gather documentation and ensure a smooth onboarding process for clients.
Qualifications
  • Wealth of knowledge in setting up and running processes for a pension administration team.
  • Experience as a senior pension administrator or team leader.
  • Strong listening and communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.
  • Interest in project work and the ability to deliver improvements and smarter ways of working within pension administration.
Work Arrangement

This is a hybrid role that will require 2 days per week in our client's office in West Yorkshire.
