• Minimum 3 years of experience in a paraplanning role, ideally in an IFA or wealth management environment.
• Proven experience working on complex cases including trusts and IHT planning.
• Excellent attention to detail and report writing skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed financial planning reports and recommendations.
• Support advisers in client meetings and assist with technical queries.
• Conduct cash-flow modelling to support financial planning.
