Responsibilities

• Manage daily production processes to meet efficiency targets.
• Ensure products meet specifications and quality requirements.
• Oversee Quality and Production operations per schedule.
• Maintain housekeeping practices during Night Shift.
• Coordinate with other departments for service level targets.
• Control ingredient and packaging flow, manage waste.
• Collaborate with Supervisors and Production Line Leaders.
• Provide regular performance reports to Manufacturing Manager.
• Report maintenance issues to senior management promptly.
• Monitor and train new and existing staff during Night Shift.
• Support Night Shift operatives to prevent bottlenecks.
• Communicate with daytime teams for ingredient supply efficiency.
