The role plays a hands‑on part in shaping core Finance datasets, dashboards, and analytics, translating complex or unclear business questions into structured insight for senior Finance and business stakeholders.

The team combines strong technical capability with a collaborative, open culture built on shared standards, transparency, and continuous improvement.

The value you’ll add

You will help build modern, automated, and reliable Finance MI, improving confidence in data and insight used at senior levels. Your work will reduce manual processing, improve data quality, and enable deeper analysis across Finance.

By shaping datasets, dashboards, and analytics from the outset, you will play a key role in setting strong foundations for future reporting, forecasting, and control frameworks.

  • Building and enhancing dashboards and insight layers, primarily using Qlik
  • Co‑owning core Finance datasets alongside the Head of MI & Data, ensuring consistency and accuracy
  • Designing and maintaining complex Alteryx workflows to automate data processing and reduce manual effort
  • Translating ambiguous business questions into clear, structured analysis with actionable outputs
  • Partnering with the Finance Data & Controls team to ensure strong data governance and KDE alignment
  • Leading or supporting transformation initiatives, including KPI design, forecasting inputs, dataset rebuilds, and control uplifts
  • Producing clear documentation, process notes, and audit‑ready evidence
  • Working end to end on defined workstreams, from problem definition through delivery
