Qualifications

• 1 year experience in customer facing outsourcing environment.
• 2 years previous experience in similar multi-site service delivery.
• Background in mobile engineering/property maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance.
• Produce risk assessments and safety program for mechanical systems.
• Ensure compliance with AWSL rules and manage permits.

Skills

Customer facing outsourcing experience

Building services plant knowledge

Understanding of Building Management Systems (BMS)

HVAC systems experience

Ability to manage priorities

Education

NVQ level 3 or equivalent building services qualification

Legionella (L8) trained

AP11 or equivalent Authorised Person qualification
