Interim Senior Legal Counsel (12 Months)

A 12-month interim role supporting high-value commercial and transactional work within a complex, regulated environment.

Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements, advising on regulatory requirements, risk management and cross-border matters, and partnering with senior stakeholders on strategic projects.

Ideal for a pragmatic lawyer (5–7 PQE) with strong commercial experience and the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced setting.

Experience in asset-heavy or infrastructure sectors is advantageous.
