We are seeking a talented individual to join our Construction team at Marsh. This role will be based in London. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Claims Advocates across multiple locations (London being main location).
• Provide expert claims advice to support clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage complex, high-value claims with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Collaborate with Client Executives to retain and grow client relationships through exceptional claims service.
• Provide strategic input and collaboration to all matters relating to the growth and leadership of the broader Construction division.
• Be a member of the Construction Executive team.
• Represent the UK Construction Practice on Marsh Specialty claims committees, influencing claims strategy and best practices across the broader business.

What you need to have

• Leadership experience with a strategic mindset and the ability to inspire and develop teams.
• Expertise in managing complex construction claims scenarios.
• Knowledge of construction insurance products, including property, engineering, casualty, and professional indemnity.
• Established relationships with major market insurers and a strong understanding of their offerings.
• Legal background with construction insurance and/or construction-related claims.
