A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking a Senior Health Care Support Worker to join a dedicated team. The successful candidate will assist in patient care, work closely with nurses and contribute to effective communication within the multi-disciplinary team. Qualifications include NVQ 2 in healthcare or equivalent, with experience in a caring setting preferred. HCSW to work with a wonderful hard working team with a great sense of humour on a very busy Frailty Assessment.
Our patient are assessed and after 12 to 24 hours are discharged or admitted to another ward. Many of patients are admitted with different medical conditions so every day is different.
