Overview

Senior Geotechnical Engineer – Location: Cardiff – Reference: BY87578 – Salary: £35,000 - £42,000. This Geotechnical & Geo-Environmental Consultancy based in South Wales is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to join their team on a variety of ground investigation projects. You'll be provided with dedicated support and resources from a consultancy with nearly 40 years in the industry - an excellent next step for your career progression and skill development.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee ground investigations and project delivery on geotechnical and geo-environmental projects around South Wales.
  • Write and review factual and interpretive reports; mentor junior team members; project manage; liaise with clients; contribute to business development.
Requirements
  • Extensive experience as a geotechnical or geo-environmental engineer/consultant, ideally with leadership experience on teams and projects.
  • A degree in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Geoscience or similar, relevant subject.
  • A full and clean UK driving licence.
  • A full right to work in the UK.
  • Be commutable to the Cardiff area.
