Responsibilities

  • Partner with C-suite leaders to provide financial insights and consolidated reporting.
  • Deliver clear monthly reporting including cost analysis and risk assessment.
  • Review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve issues promptly.
  • Manage capital expenditure including reviews reporting and investment tracking.
  • Drive cost efficiency by identifying opportunities and supporting procurement.
  • Unify financial approaches between ex-Ascential and ex-Informa brands.
  • Complete month-end accounting for divisional and vendor costs.
  • Create financial plans including annual budgets, three-year plans and monthly forecasts.
  • Maintain recharge models and ensure timely accounting entries.
