• Significant experience working within the financial services industry is essential.
• Extensive experience within Operational and/or ESG Risk.
• Proven ability to analyse complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
• Strong report writing and documentation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
• Confident presenter with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of operational risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Monitor and report operational risk incidents.
• Manage and mentor one direct report.
• Provide reviews and challenges for business areas, including ESG.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Lead reporting of the Climate Risk Dashboard.
• Facilitate scenario analysis related to ESG risks.
