Position

Job title: Senior Creative Manager (Twisted)

Department/Brand: Media / Twisted

Reports to: Creative Lead / Creative Director

Duration: Permanent

Hours: Full-time

All our food producers, while working to the Twisted brief, must demonstrate a strong aptitude for cooking food from around the world to the highest standard, ensuring that all recipes are researched, tested and developed to ensure they are camera-ready. It's also important to note that we expect all food producers to demonstrate a firm understanding of what makes their own food and cooking unique - all good cooks have individual passion points and we celebrate that here at Twisted.

Your main job will be producing amazing content for Twisted. On top of our standard recipe videos, you'll be coming up with ideas for editorial series, assisting with responses to commercial briefs and appearing in branded content. You'll be a diligent, creatively-minded individual with a sound understanding of what makes the food & drink audience tick on social (and traditional) media.

Requirements

What you will be doing as a Senior Creative

Creating a minimum of three videos a week. These will be a blend of always-on shortform recipe reels, branded content and mini series - rarely is one week the same! On top of this, you'll be having ideation meetings and keeping up to date with what is happening in the food world and making sure your finger is always on the pulse!

What you’ll bring to Jungle

  • 4 years plus cooking experience, either through professional kitchen or food styling work, a similar role in social media or a food related degree
  • 2 years plus researching, writing or developing ideas
  • A deep, intuitive understanding of what makes a great food video across social media, from ideation to execution
  • An experienced, confident and engaging on camera persona
  • Ability to develop and enact creative ideas
  • Experience working with brands and clients and to work closely to a brief
  • Demonstrable experience testing and writing recipes, both for yourself and for others
  • Being comfortable with writing with SEO in mind for our website

  • Our in house videographers and the general Twisted team.
  • For branded content, we work with the project management team and internal agency The Wild.
  • Alongside this, you'll be working with external agencies as well as directly with the client. On shoots, we often use external camera operators, riggers etc.
