Qualifications

• Previous experience at Contract Management or above level within the waste or similar sector managing blue collar staff services.
• Experience of working in a multi-disciplined contract environment with appropriate skills.
• Previous experience of working with Local government, contracting and tendering.

Responsibilities

• Oversee frontline Waste and Cleansing Services, ensuring compliance with legislation and achievement of KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement and implement new technologies.
• Build strong relationships with local authorities and promote service excellence.
