A prominent housing development organization in Manchester is seeking a Senior Construction Delivery Manager. You will lead the delivery of multiple complex projects, ensuring effective planning and management. The ideal candidate has strong leadership skills and significant experience in housing development. Hybrid working and regular travel required for site visits. Competitive salary offered with benefits including a car allowance.

Salary: £73,267 to £77,123 per annum + £5,000 car allowance
Hours: 36 hours per week

We are one of LinkedIn's Top Companies 2024. We are seeking a Senior Construction Delivery Manager to join us in the North. You will deliver multiple complex projects within current development programmes already in delivery in the pipeline, including the defect period. This is an integral role in the Development Delivery Team where you will understand and manage the complexities and processes of HRB projects from conception through to completion.
You will lead a medium- to large-sized project team; define the project vision, communicate the necessary outcomes, and provide guidance to achieve these outcomes. You will be responsible for planning and managing the delivery of projects using an appropriate project management methodology to provide assurance that intended outcomes are achieved.
We are looking for a proven leader and strong communicator with experience of multi-storey developments. You will also need demonstrable experience in the delivery and understanding of HRB projects, the delivery of complex apartment schemes and complex JV schemes. If you have proven experience within a housing development organisation, paired with a thorough knowledge of the development and construction process from inception and feasibility through to completion, handover and operation, we would love to hear from you.
