Our client is a market leading Real Estate Private Practice who are looking to appoint a Property Asset Manager to join their Commercial and Mixed-Use Property Management department in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a Surveyor or Senior Surveyor to manage a varied portfolio, build meaningful client relationships, and grow your professional profile within a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial and mixed-use properties.
  • Ensure lease compliance, tenant liaison, onboarding/offboarding, and client reporting.
  • Oversee maintenance, repairs, and statutory compliance.
  • Deliver service charge budgets and reconciliations in collaboration with accounts.
  • Ensure Health & Safety and building regulation compliance.
  • Advise on lease events and legal notices.
  • Support client engagement through proactive communication.
  • Collaborate with internal agency and lease advisory teams.
  • Contribute to business development and client retention.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Ideally MRICS qualified with 3+ years' experience in commercial property management
  • In-depth knowledge of Landlord & Tenant law and Health & Safety regulations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management systems
  • Experience managing mixed-use assets including residential is advantageous
