Your expertise in data analysis, reporting, and performance tracking will empower our Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT teams to achieve their goals. You’ll lead the charge in enhancing our processes, tools, and systems, ensuring they align with our ambitious company objectives. Your analytical prowess will help us navigate through monthly activities, exciting projects, and emerging trends.

What You’ll Do
  • Drive Performance: Conduct high-quality analysis of all commercial aspects, focusing on sales performance and revenue generation. Your insights will be vital for our C-Suite and senior management.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Build strong partnerships with Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, and other stakeholders to foster a collaborative environment that drives success.
  • Master Data Analysis: Utilise commercial reporting tools to analyse end-to-end sales processes, transforming raw data into critical business insights that fuel sustainable revenue growth.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Monitor key performance indicators and macroeconomic factors that may impact our business, proactively analysing and modelling these trends.
  • Innovate Reporting Processes: Continuously seek ways to automate and streamline reporting, ensuring our data is always relevant and actionable.
  • Lead with Expertise: Provide support to the Head of Commercial Reporting & Analysis and contribute to development projects, ensuring alignment with DHL UK financial reporting.
Your Profile – Skillsets and Attributes
  • Skills and Competencies:
  • Analytical Skills: You have a knack for identifying trends, opportunities, and risks, with a strong proficiency in MS Excel and MS Access. Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, and Power BI is a plus!
  • Communication Proficiency: You excel at translating complex data into clear, understandable formats, making it accessible to all stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Your inquisitive nature drives you to dig deeper into data insights, while your methodical approach ensures accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, working effectively within small teams and establishing constructive relationships across the organization.
  • Experience
