This is a rare opportunity to join a highly regarded digital and technology team supporting one of the UK’s most forward-thinking legal operations — all while enjoying the flexibility to work from virtually anywhere in the UK.

Our client, a respected organisation leading transformation in legal services, is embarking on a major programme to implement a new SaaS Case Management System (CMS). What you'll be doing:

Leading on low-code and no-code platform configuration, with occasional custom development

Collaborating with programme teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure effective delivery

Mentoring junior developers and guiding best practices across the team

Playing an influential role in the successful adoption of the new legal tech platform

Acting as a technical partner across CRM and ERP integrations

What you'll bring:

Hands-on experience with legal Case Management Systems (such as ShareDo, Peppermint, LEAP, or OpenText), ideally within regulated or legal sectors

Proven experience working on CRM/ERP transformations or similar enterprise-wide systems

Strong understanding of workflow design, business logic, and system integrations

The ability to translate business needs into scalable and practical tech solutions

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially across technical and non-technical audiences

A collaborative, inclusive approach to leadership and mentoring

What’s in it for you?

You’ll be joining a purpose-led organisation undergoing exciting change — and will be part of a growing team that values innovation, inclusion, and career growth. On top of a competitive salary, you’ll enjoy:

Up to 10% employer pension contributions
