About The Role

Role: Senior Care Assistant

Pay Rates (including holiday pay): £15.69 - £17.93 per hour

Pay Rates (not including holiday pay): £14.00 - £16.00 per hour

Location: Leeds & West Yorkshire

Shifts: Days and Nights

Responsibilities
  • Shift management - oversee the care team
  • Provide support to the care team when required
  • Administration of medication
  • Providing personal and person-centred care
  • Compliance with CQC standards
  • Identify and report any incidences of poor practice or abuse in line with the safeguarding policy
