Job summary

A leading care provider in the UK is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team of Care Assistants and ensure the highest level of care. This role involves administering medications, overseeing care for residents, and supporting them in daily activities. Candidates should have a minimum of two years’ experience in care and possess an L2 Diploma in Health and Social Care with a desire to achieve L3.   • Offering kind and respectful care to elderly people needing support with personal care, mealtimes and activities

The skills you'll need

  • Previous experience of administering medications and leading a team of Carers
  • Flexibility, patience, caring attitude and a real 'people person'
