A leading elderly care provider is looking for a Senior Care Assistant to join their team. The ideal candidate will have an NVQ 3 in care and 2 years of experience in a similar environment. Responsibilities include monitoring resident wellbeing and supporting medication needs. This is a Senior Care Assistant role at Avery Healthcare, a large provider of luxury elderly care homes in the UK. The key responsibilities of the Senior Care Assistant include monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, being involved in the person-centred care planning process, supporting residents with their medication requirements, undertaking staff supervisions, and acting as a key point of contact for residents, their relatives and health/social care professionals.
