As an experienced Senior Business Planning Manager you will join our highly skilled Traveler Care Team. The successful candidate is responsible for partnering with the Vice President Strategic Transformation to develop and implement strategic business initiatives, conduct research and analysis, and support key organizational growth across our function. This role is highly versatile and requires a proven track record of hands‑on business planning and organizational skills preferably with top‑tier consultancy experience.

What You’ll Do
Business Planning
  • Partner directly with the Vice President Strategic Transformation to drive high‑impact initiatives focused on effectiveness of function and data‑driven decisions
  • Ensure effective day‑to‑day operations of function
  • Ensure alignment on goals, track progress on key initiatives, advise on emerging risks or opportunities and follow‑through on action
  • Establish clear governance KPIs and milestone tracking to ensure strategic alignment and measurable outcomes
  • Use market intelligence on operational effectiveness to inform business planning
Business Performance
  • Maintain a clear view of business performance and strategic progress for executive and internal stakeholders
  • Raise and address any key business performance risks with mitigation options
  • Analyse complex data sets and convert data into meaningful insights and recommendations
  • Act as data storyteller to effectively turn insights into actions
Communication
  • Partner with internal teams to support the communication and implementation of initiatives
  • Support internal communications and messaging from VP to broader Team
  • Foster and engage key stakeholders across different functions
  • Lead preparation and execution of key governance forums
What We’re Looking For
  • 6 years of extremely hands‑on business planning or consultancy preferably from a top‑tier consultancy firm
  • Demonstrated experience working in Operations Contact Centres or BPO experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Strategy, Analytics or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • Strong stakeholder management and communications skills
  • Highly analytical with ability to manage complex analysis, budgets and plans
  • Extensive experience working in a global and highly matrixed environment
  • Experience managing complex cross‑functional initiatives that combine business technology and data stakeholders
  • Comfortable leading in ambiguous fast‑paced environments with shifting priorities
