Proven success as a Business Analyst / Business Architect in complex organisations.
Strong experience with Target Operating Model (TOM) creation and implementation on a large scale.
Deep knowledge of Agile ways of working, not just tooling and process, but also cultural adoption and transition.
Exceptional stakeholder management skills, comfortable at Exec/Director level.
Ideally consultancy background (Big 4 or equivalent).
Resilient, confident, and able to thrive in ambiguous, self–directed environments.
