A leading property consultancy in Leeds is seeking a Senior/Associate Planner to manage planning tasks involving infrastructure and renewable energy projects. Candidates should be MRTPI and/or RICS qualified with experience in EIA. This position offers a hybrid working option and various professional development opportunities, including 25-30 days of annual leave, private medical scheme, and a company pension scheme.
We have a great opportunity for a Senior/Associate Planner to join our Planning North Team based in our Leeds office. The ideal candidate will be MRTPI and /or RICS qualified and ideal with experience in the Infrastructure and/or renewable energy sector with EIA experience.
This role will involve managing your own workload, assisting the senior team members on large instructions, EIA screening and scoping exercises, undertaking planning research and enquiries, drafting and finessing reports and planning submissions (site assessments, policy notes, applications, appeals, development plan representations and so on) as well as assisting with the management of the team’s caseload and its business development activities. The role will be based in our Leeds office with an element of hybrid working an option.
