Key Responsibilities

• Lead AML and onboarding processes for Tier 3 investors, ensuring smooth and compliant client journeys.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing Investor Services team.
• Drive process improvement by identifying opportunities to automate and centralise client service activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and third-party providers to enhance client experience.
• Represent client needs in internal working groups focused on service optimisation and operational efficiency.

Experience required

• Proven experience in investor onboarding, AML collation, and Transfer of Interest processes.
• Strong understanding of private markets and asset management.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.

• Degree-level education is essential; IMC or equivalent may be required later.
