Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue detailed house type designs meeting standards.
• Oversee projects to ensure compliance with technical designs.
• Coordinate external consultants such as Ecologists and Architects.

Skills

Architectural Technology Degree or equivalent experience

Experience as a Senior Architectural Technologist

CIAT chartered or support for studies

Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Suite and AutoCAD

Ability to produce detailed working drawings

Experience coordinating third-party drawings

Knowledge of building regulations and NHBC requirements

Coordination of external consultants and utility providers

Mentoring junior team members
