A leading energy provider in the UK seeks a skilled professional for the Service Management role focusing on developing and embedding architectures aligned with ITIL and SIAM best practices. Salary: £58,100 - £87,100 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

This role forms part of the Service Strategy & Performance team who define, design and develop a tooling-aligned Service Management framework; with a focus on enhancing the end-to-end service value chain ('the digital experience') in line with ITIL and SIAM industry best-practice.
Playing a key role in performing the leadership and facilitation required to define, design and develop effective Service Management processes and architectures in line with wider business strategy; the role ensures that architectures are aligned to deliver streamlined service integration and management, enhance operational efficiency and improve service delivery outcomes.
The candidate will play an influential role across the IT/OT architectural community to develop and embed Service Management architectures; and works closely with Service Management stakeholders and Product Owners in the development of integrated roadmaps, in line with target state Service Management architectures.
