We’re supporting a respected and expanding insurance brokerage who are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Account Handler to join their team in Bickley. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled insurance professional to take on a senior role within a growing business, providing high-quality service to a diverse portfolio of clients.

Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of commercial policies, ranging from small liability risks to larger, more complex accounts.

  • Provide dedicated, high-quality service to clients, ensuring retention and satisfaction.

  • Work closely with Account Executives and the Broking Director to support new business and renewals.

  • Handle all associated administration, ensuring timely and accurate documentation.

  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, insurers, and third parties.

  • Uphold compliance and quality standards across all client interactions.
