These roles are centred around building confidence, breaking learning into manageable steps, and finding creative ways to help each pupil stay engaged and feel successful.

About the tutoring roles

• Working 1:1 with pupils who are learning outside of a mainstream classroom
• Delivering tailored sessions based on each pupil’s needs, interests, and learning targets
• Supporting children with SEND, including autism, SEMH needs, ADHD, and communication differences
• Helping pupils grow in confidence, routine, and self-belief
• Providing clear, consistent feedback and working closely with our team to track progress

What we’re looking for

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEND, in or out of school
• Confidence delivering learning in a flexible, adaptable way
• Someone patient, encouraging, and able to build strong rapport
• Good communication and the ability to keep sessions structured and purposeful

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
