We are seeking a dedicated and qualified SEN Teacher to join an inclusive, forward-thinking specialist provision in Telford. This role offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference to the lives of young people with complex needs.
The school caters for students aged 7 to 18 with a wide range of additional needs, including autism, learning difficulties, social anxiety, and physical disabilities. Every pupil has an Education, Health, and Care Plan (EHCP), and the curriculum is carefully designed to promote independence, life skills, and self-confidence.
You will be part of a supportive and collaborative team that works closely to ensure each student feels safe, valued, and equipped to succeed.
As an SEN Teacher, you will plan and deliver bespoke programmes of study that meet the individual needs of your learners. Working alongside skilled support staff and a wider multidisciplinary team, you will provide high-quality, adaptive teaching that enables every student to progress both academically and personally.
