The Role:

You'll support children across EYFS, KS1, and KS2 with a range of special educational needs including:

  • Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)

  • ADHD

  • Speech and language difficulties

  • Emotional and behavioural needs

Your day-to-day might involve:

  • Providing 1:1 or small group support in the classroom

  • Assisting with tailored learning activities and behaviour strategies

  • Supporting children’s emotional regulation and wellbeing

  • Helping with transitions, routines, and sometimes personal care

Whether you're stepping into a school for the day or becoming a regular part of a pupil’s support team, your presence will matter.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Empathetic, reliable, and proactive individuals

  • Experience with children or young people (school, care, or voluntary work)

  • Strong communication and a positive, can-do attitude

  • Relevant training (Team Teach, PECS, Makaton) is a bonus—but we offer free CPD too!
