Job summary

A youth support organization is seeking a Pastoral Tutor / SEMH Mentor in Greater London to assist Key Stage 3 students in an Alternative Provision setting. Ideal candidates will have a background in sports or drama and be capable of delivering engaging activities to support students with SEMH needs. The role includes delivering 1:1 mentoring and small-group interventions while fostering emotional development and behaviour regulation. Competitive pay ranges from £200 to £245 per day.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting children or young people with SEMH needs.
• Strong behaviour management and de-escalation skills.
• Experience in delivering 1:1 and small-group support.
