Job Title: Security Service Engineer

This is a great opportunity for an experienced Security Service Engineer to join a well-established fire and security solution provider, supporting critical infrastructure across Hertfordshire and beyond.
Your role as a Security Service Engineer will give you the opportunity to work on complex systems across domestic and commercial customer sites

Key responsibilities for this Security Service Engineer role:

• Service, repair, and maintain security systems including CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control, as well as integrated systems
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction during all site visits
• Liaise with the wider engineering team and report directly to the Regional Supervisor and Manager
• Travel throughout your defined patch attending service calls as required
• Participate in the call-out rota to support customers 24/7 as needed

Requirements for this Security Service Engineer role:

• Experience servicing electronic security systems (Intruder Alarms, CCTV, Access Control)
• Good IT skills (laptop configuration, software updates, etc.)
• Relevant electrical or electronic engineering qualification preferred - or strong industry experience
• Field-based engineering background, ideally in the security or fire systems space
• Based around the St Albans area or willingness to travel (from Watford to Cambridge on occasion)
• Full UK Driving License required

Package offered for this Security Service Engineer role:

• Can earn in excess £45,000 (includes base salary, extra on-call pay and overtime)
