Job description

We are currently seeking a skilled Securitisation Lawyer to join Axioms network and support clients on complex structured finance transactions. This role involves advising on securitisation structures, drafting key documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. You will work closely with leading institutions and stakeholders across domestic and cross‑border deals delivering practical business‑focused solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and support on securitisation transactions including structuring, negotiating and documenting complex deals.
  • Draft, negotiate and review transaction documentation such as offering memoranda, security agreements, trust deeds and ancillary documents.
  • Conduct legal analysis and due diligence to identify and mitigate potential risks associated with securitisation structures.
  • Manage domestic and cross‑border transactions and coordinate with external counsel and other stakeholders.
  • Liaise with internal teams and institutional clients to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay informed on regulatory developments and market trends impacting securitisation and provide guidance accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Right to work and eligibility to practice as a lawyer in the UK.
  • Strong academic credentials and proven experience in securitisation and structured finance matters.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercial awareness and ability to provide pragmatic business‑focused solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience gained in leading law firms or high‑quality in‑house teams is advantageous.
