Key Responsibilities as a Secondary Teacher:

• Assessment & Progress Monitoring: Track student attainment and provide clear, constructive feedback to support strong outcomes.

• Classroom Environment: Maintain a safe, inclusive, and well‑structured learning environment where all students feel motivated and supported.

The successful Secondary Teacher will have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
• Strong subject knowledge within your specialist subject and a passion for delivering high‑quality teaching.

• Effective behaviour management skills and high expectations for achievement.
• Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
• DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
