A local educational institution in North East England seeks two experienced Science Technicians to support the science department. Responsibilities include preparing resources for lessons, assisting teachers with practical activities, and ensuring the safe storage and maintenance of equipment. We are looking for two experienced Science Technicians to work with the Science team. The successful applicant will have experience of working in a secondary school science department.
To work with teachers as part of a professional team to support learning by providing technical assistance through working with pupils in the delivery / demonstration of practical learning activities and the preparation and maintenance of teaching areas and equipment for pupils.
These are the main duties and responsibilities needed to achieve the job purpose.
