School Business Manager

The Role

We are seeking to appoint a highly skilled and motivated School Business Manager to join our dedicated and committed team. As a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will play a strategic role in the school's continued success by leading and managing:

  • Finance - budget planning, monitoring, and reporting
  • HR and compliance - recruitment, payroll, and contracts
  • Premises and health & safety - ensuring a safe, compliant, and well-managed site
  • Administration and support staff - line management of a small but dedicated team

This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced professional to make a real difference in a values-driven school.

Salary & Conditions
  • Salary: PO2 - PO3 (actual range £41,365 - £47,156 pa inclusive of annual leave & bank holidays), subject to experience (Career Grade)
  • Hours: 36 hours per week, 39 weeks term time only + 2 additional weeks
  • FTE: 0.921
