Description
Resideo is seeking a Sales Support Administrator on a 12‑month fixed‑term contract. This remote position is open to candidates based anywhere in the role you will provide essential administrative support to the UK Sales team and our customers with a particular focus on managing rebate payments.
You will bring prior experience in administrative support, a keen eye for detail and strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience using Salesforce or SAP in a sales support environment would be a distinct advantage.
Job Duties
- Deliver accurate and timely sales administration support including indirect rebate claims promotional rebates and rebate payments
- Validate and process contractual rebate claims in SAP
- Understand the financial impact and strategic importance of customer claims and rebate management
- Collaborate with Finance Sales and Business Managers to streamline and optimise rebate management
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales Receivables Customer Care) and external customers to ensure seamless communication and support
- Ensure delivery of agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Process promotional activity requests in line with internal guidelines
- Generate and distribute monthly reports for finance
- Manage activities related to customer portals
- Respond promptly and professionally to daily internal and external enquiries
YOU MUST HAVE
- Proven experience in administrative support roles
- Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong eye for detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively within a team
- High level of IT proficiency with solid experience using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- A self‑starter who is comfortable working independently and remains composed under pressure
- A proactive and motivated approach to work
WE VALUE
- Experience working with pricing systems, rebates, contracts or contract claims
- A strong understanding of business processes and how they interconnect
- Familiarity with SAP and / or CRM systems; experience with Salesforce is highly advantageous
- Commercial awareness ideally gained through supporting a large sales or commercial function
