Are you an experienced leader with a passion for driving performance and building high‑performing sales teams? My client is looking for a Sales Operations Manager to lead, inspire and deliver strategic growth within their recruitment division.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Leading and mentoring a team to meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets
  • Driving new business through strategic client engagement and proactive sales activities
  • Building strong client relationships across the sectors
  • Managing pipelines, forecasting performance, and contributing to business planning
  • Ensuring excellence in service delivery, compliance, and team development
  • Collaborating closely with the Director to align operations with broader strategic goals
  • Monitoring and controlling all overheads and cost of sales
  • Carrying out all appraisals and reviews in line with company guidelines
  • Ensuring all new recruits are fully inducted into the program and continually reviewed, coached and developed
  • Holding weekly meetings to ensure staff are fully informed and focused on the targets and general direction of their branch
  • Setting and reviewing individuals and teams' sales, activity and revenue targets on both a weekly and monthly basis in line with company targets and objectives
