Salary Basic £30,000 - £40,000 + Commission £70,000 - £80,000

Driver required Pool car available

5-day week Monday Thursday 9am-6pm Friday 9am 5pm, Every other Saturday 9am 5pm

Our client a family run, independent sales and lettings estate agency has been established as the market leading agent in Ashtead since 2009. Based on this they successfully expanded into other areas.

They are looking for an experienced Valuer / Sales Manager to join their team. With a great earning potential and scope for progression

About the role :

Generating new business by contacting and forging relationships with potential buyers and sellers (Prospecting)

Meeting and greeting clients building relationships

Motivating the sales team

Overseeing the Sales Process

Recommending price changes where relevant

Canvassing to increase market share

Contacting clients by telephone, email and post, to book valuations, identifying opportunities for potential Instructions where relevant

Always being professional

About you :

Able to win instructions

Experience in Property sales

Full UK driving licence

A proactive attitude

Excellent communication skills

Local knowledge is preferred
