Location: Camberley

Salary: £28,000 p.a. + comm

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5:30pm

My client who are an FMCG food related company are seeking a Sales Executive to join their fast growing team. The purpose of this role is to contribute in sustaining and growing new business, as well as maintaining relationships with existing customers and driving revenue. To apply for this role you will need experience in product selling.

Responsibilities
  • Develop a trust relationship with existing customers ensuring that all opportunities are maximized through formulation and delivery of agreed business plans.
  • Grow share of wallet / category within existing customer base.
  • Use customer data to develop and grow customer turnover to achieve sales targets. Utilize promotions and other sales campaigns to grow customer relationships.
  • Sales and cash management: achieve budget, drive new business growth through direct prospecting and pipelines, deliver results, and achieve individual objectives and performance indicators while contributing to team goals, targets, revenue and profitability.
  • Effective planning for geographic area to drive maximum efficiencies.
  • Assist in existing customer retention by analysing and monitoring low or non-trade accounts.
  • Manage ledger tele canvassing and new business activity; assist in new customer retention by relevant contact and monitoring of accounts.
  • Ensure that all customers are contacted for order capture and area growth.
  • Robust call schedule planning weekly to ensure effective customer management across ledger.
  • Establish a high brand saturation within the customer set.
  • Collaborating and partnering with internal contacts, external contacts, visible via CRM.
