Job Title: Sales Development Representative

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic depending on experience, uncapped and highly motivating commission structure + equity options

Location: London / Kent

At 1PS, our mission is to help recruitment agencies grow, on their terms. Driving thoughtful customer growth is at the core of how we’ve scaled over the last few years, and we’re building out our dedicated marketing and sales teams to support these efforts. You’ll play a big part in bringing 1PS to small and medium recruitment businesses so that they have the freedom to grow as we do.

We are looking for an energetic and hardworking Sales Development Representative to generate new business leads for the Company. You will be using email, LinkedIn and strategically navigating accounts to book meetings for the Sales Managers. You will be an integral part of the team working alongside the VP Growth, to drive sales success.

You’ll collaborate with our marketing, sales, operations and product teams, to help us take 1PS into our next phase of growth.

You’ll help to
  • Generate new business through Outbound B2B prospecting, via various channels; email, social, video, events and phone.
  • Identify, map and penetrate Sales Accounts
  • Connect internally with the VP Growth, Sales Managers and marketing team to feedback insights and enable your own outreach.
  • Qualify and convert Inbound Leads on your own Discovery calls
  • Become an expert on the technology, conveying value to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Be a good team player within a fast-paced start-up environment
